We zipped past the first quarter of 2021. In part because time is illusory and in part because hindsight is… 2020.
I once wished a friend ‘Happy good Friday’. It has been seven days of daily meditation today and I have seen no benefits as yet. I have no plans of stopping. I will keep you posted on the progress.
Have a lovely week!
